“Reaching New Heights” Hypnotic story/induction

This is a story/hypnosis induction that features aspects of cnc, a progressive relaxation induction and mantras. If you do not want to be hypnotized but want to read the story, you can skip the induction or just choose to say “I will not be hypnotized” and read the induction.

This story is a fantasy of me hypnotizing a friend and then brainwashing them. If you enjoy it and would like part 2, please lmk!

It all started innocently, just me trying to help you overcome your fear of heights. I jokingly offered a couple of suggestions, like exposure therapy. Then I knew it was my time to pounce on your mind. I suggested hypnosis for your fear. You told me you’ve been interested in hypnosis. You had even tried a video that unlocked memories of a past life. “You know I can hypnotize you,” I proclaimed. “I used to hypnotize my friends in college,” I added.

“What did you have them do?” you asked inquisitively.

“Silly stuff. Giving me a concert with a hairbrush. Pretending to be an animal. It was fun,” I said. Only a white lie. I “forgot” to mention the slave mantras I had my friends repeat. Or the suggestions that would make them allergic to their clothes, needing desperately to take them off. I didn’t mention the addiction to pleasuring me I programmed into them too. But that wasn’t stuff you had to concern your pretty little head about. After all, we were only talking about hypnotizing you to get over your fear of heights.

You seemed hesitant, torn between curiosity and anxiety. You didn’t want to be brainwashed or mind controlled.

“But it’s not mind control. Or brainwashing. Hypnosis is natural, just like watching a good movie and forgetting everything else. You fall into trance every day. You won’t do anything you don’t want to do when in trance,” I said. “So can I help you get over your fear of heights?” I asked, staring into your eyes with all of the innocence of a lamb.

“I just don’t want you messing with my mind too much,” you said with a conflicted tone. I could tell you wanted me to hypnotize you, but your mind wasn’t ready to completely let go just yet.

“Relax. You can trust me. I’ll take care of you while you’re in trance,” I reassured you in a saccharine tone as I pulled you in for a side hug.

“Ok. Let’s try hypnosis,” you told me as your body melted into my hug, feeling relieved and safe. You couldn’t see the small, mischievious smirk on my face with the look of a wolf honing in on its prey in my eyes. Now I have you right where I want you.

You came to my apartment one afternoon not long after we talked about hypnotizing you. You said you were excited to be hypnotized for the first time. You still had some uncertainty in your voice.

“And you trust that I won’t brainwash you?” I asked while looking at you innocently.

“I trust you,” pausing to swallow before you said it. Your eyes shifting around the room for a second before focusing back on me.

I took you in for a hug again, squeezing you tighter as I led you down to the couch and said “Trust me, your brain is safe with me.” Your body relaxing into mine as I held you until you relaxed.

Still holding on to you, letting your body rest, I told you the plan for the day. “I’m going to get you into trance first. Then I’ll deepen your trance and I’ll give you some innocent suggestions to prove you’re trance. And then we’ll work on your fear of heights. Sound good?”

“Yes,” You said calmly. You’re the expert.”

“Good. Now take your time and get nice and comfortable on the couch,” I commanded. Once you found a cozy position I told you to close your eyes and clear your mind while you take a deep breath in through your nose and to hold it for a second. Then I instructed you to let it out through your mouth. “That’s right. Just like that. Breathing in through your nose and holding it for a moment. Now breathing out through your mouth. Keep your eyes close until your mind and body are clear and relaxed.”

After a few cycles of breathing you told me you’re mind is clear. “Open your eyes,” I said, “and focus on a spot on the wall. Just keep all of your focus on that spot, and on my voice. And no matter how hard it gets, keep your eyes open until I tell you they can close.

Just keep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Breathing in pure relaxation. Breathing out all of your stress, all of your tension, all of your thoughts. You’re doing so good focusing on that spot on the ceiling and on my words. Any noise you hear that isn’t my voice will just help you focus on my words more.

Now I want you to clench all of the muscles in your feet. From your toes to your ankles. Just clench them as tight as you can. Now relax them. Relax them completely and feel that relaxation fill your feet like a warm, heavy blanket dropping over them. And each time a part of your body relaxes it becomes easier and easier to focus on the spot on the wall and to focus on my voice. And whatever you do, don’t let your eyes close until I tell you to.

Now clench all of the muscles in your calves and your lower legs, still focusing on the spot on the wall, still focusing on my voice, and now relax them. Breathing in pure relaxation through your nose. Breathing out all of your thoughts, all of your stress, all of your tension. That warm, heavy blanket of relaxation drifting up on to your calves and lower legs. Covering them with pure relaxation. Making them feel heavy. And numb. And like I said earlier, that warm heavy blanket of relaxation makes it easier and easier to focus on that spot on the wall, and on my voice.

You may begin to notice that your eyes are getting heavier and heavier. Just like that warm, heavy blanket of relaxation covering your feet and calves. As your eyes get heavier you may even start to blink and lag. It may get harder to open your eyes once they close. That’s completely ok. That just means you want to be hypnotized. Just keep your eyes open and focused on the spot on the wall as you listen to my words and feel that heavy and warm relaxation fill your mind.

You’re doing so good as you keep your eyes open after they blink. Even if it’s a long blink, even if you forget to open them for a moment after they close, you slowly and sleepily keep them open and focused on the spot on the wall.

Now clench all of the muscles in your thighs, your upper legs, and your hips. Hold that tension for a moment and now just let it go. Relax all of the muscles in your lower body and your hips. Feel yourself melt into the couch with pure relaxation. Feel that warm, heavy blanket, filled with relaxation, cover your whole lower body.”

I see your beautiful eyes blinking longer and longer as you focus on my words more and more. You’re barely able to keep your eyes open as they take longer and longer to open with each blink. They look amazing as your whole face glazes over with relaxation. I can see you falling into trance faster and faster with blink. I can see you dropping more with each words I say. I slyly smirk as I have you falling deeply into my plan. Deep into trance.

Now clench all of the muscles in your lower back and belly. Hold it for a moment and now let it go. That warm, heavy blanket falling onto your belly now. Easier and easier to focus on my words. Harder and harder to keep your eyes open and focused on the spot on the wall. Longer and longer to open them between blinks. Falling deeper and deeper with each word, each blink, each breath. Easier and easier to just let go and drift into a nice, deep, trance.

Clench all of the muscles in your upper back and chest. Now relax all of them. Breathing nice and rhythmically. Slowly and relaxed. Warm heavy relaxation filling your lungs and your body. Breathing in your relaxation. Breathing out all of your thoughts, all of your stress, all of your tension.

Now clench all of the muscles in your arms, from your fingers to your shoulders, and your neck. Now relax them. Warm heavy relaxation covering you from your neck down. Getting in every single inch of your body. Relaxing you more, and more, and more.

Now clench all of the muscles in your face, especially the muscles around your eyes that are so tired, so heavy, so ready to drop with relaxation. And hold it for a moment.”

I see your face weakly crinkle to clench your muscles. You barley have enough energy to move. No energy to move and no energy to resist. So relaxed. So ready to sleep. Sleep. Sleep.

“Now relax all of the muscles in your face, but keep your beautiful eyes open. Keep them focused on that spot on the wall,” I instructed.

It takes a few moments for your eyes to weakly open and focus on the spot on the wall. I can see you’re barely holding on. Already in trance but still trying to stay awake. Each word taking you deeper and deeper.

“Now I’m going to count down from 10 to 1, and when I say 1, your eyes will close and you will fall completely and deeply into a nice, deep trance. Do you understand?” I ask.

“Mhhmm,” you mown out meekly. Your eyes closing just as soon as you open them. Do heavy. So hard to hold open and focus. Throng your best to follow my instructions.

“Good. You’re doing wonderfully,” I say.

“10 9 8 7

Falling deeper and deeper down with each number i say. Dropping more and more into trance with each blink.

Sleep. Sleeping deeper and deeper with each word I say and each breath you take. Drifting further and further into a deep, empty trance.

I see that your eyes are closed as you’ve completely melted into trance, and into the couch. Your mind floating above your body, far away from you. And that’s all perfectly comfortable. Perfectly normal. Perfectly ok. A small, relaxed smile fills your face as you drift deeper and deeper into trance with each breath you take.

“You’re doing so good dropping deep into hypnosis for me. How are you feeling?” I asked.

“Relaxed… sleepy…” you slowly moan out, barely able to answer coherently because of your deep trance.

“Good. I answer. Now in a moment. You’re going to repeat I am deeply hypnotized’ over and over again. And each time you say it, it will become more and more true. Each time you repeatI am deeply hypnotized’, you will fall deeper and deeper into trance, and your mind will become emptier and emptier. And once you feel that your mind is completely empty, and you cannot think anymore, you will stop repeating it. Do you understand?”

“Yes…” you weakly whispered.

“Begin repeating `I am deeply hypnotized,”I command.

“I am deeply hypnotized…” you repeat, over and over again. Each repetition becoming quieter and more jumbled as you sink deeper and deeper into mindlessness. Eventually your mind breaks completely, and you stop repeating your mantra.

“How are you feeling?” I ask.

“Empty,” is all you can meekly let out of your mouth. So quiet from trance I can barely hear you. Quiet because your mind is completely quiet

“Now. I want you to begin repeating `I will obey Francois.’ And each time you repeat it, you will feel more and more obedient towards me. And the more obedient you feel, the deeper into trance you will drop. And the deeper into trance you drop, the more obedient you will feel. Do you understand?”

“Yes…” you tell me as your cuddled up on the couch deep in trance.

“Begin repeating ‘I will obey Francois,” I command.

“I will obey Francois…” you begin to quietly chant. Falling deeper with each word you say. Becoming more obedient with each repetition of your mantra.

I look at you lying on my couch, repeating your obedience mantra, sinking deeper and deeper into trance, and I smile a big, self-assured grin. I got you where I wanted you. Now I have you as my hypnotized plaything.
