Destroyer carbine bolt?

Any possibility of attempting to convince the Spanish government to sell a quantity of bolts to the US market? Or do they just destroy them once they're separated from the gun? I'd like to buy a destroyer but idk where of when I'd be able to aquire one. I know the reason for the bolts being separated,but I just want to know if they even exist in storage or if they just be gone fo good
