What is happening?

One of my millipedes is very slow to respond and their butt is like stuck open. I think springtails moved in but ... yeah ... It is my first time having millipedes and I was wondering if I am doing sth terribly wrong or does that just happen sometimes? I house them together with springtails and a group of isopodes. They have lots of soil, moss and bark and I check hunidity and temperature daily. Should I try to quaranteen them?
