Heya,

my milli is currently very lethargic and has a weird pale band on her. Like one of her segments has been pulled somehow? I can't think of any time she was mishandled though.

She's still eating when I put food out for her but she's not using her normal hide, she keeps curling loosely just anywhere (found her in a shallow water dish the other day) and I don't know why :(

I've got a heat mat to mount next to her cage but haven't mounted it yet as I don't want to make things worse.

Only things I can think of is its got a bit colder and there's more fruit flies in her cage atm which I'm trying to deal with. My other inverts (hissing roaches, wood lice, small pedes) all seem fine, ti's just her. He's poos don't seem as frequent and are more dry than normal - potentially a substrate issue? It's coir, leaves and woody bits which I thought would be ok from what I researched?

I'm really worried about her :( Any advice?
