Paying off my mortgage by Christmas..
Post Body
Single male late 30s, work low skill blue collar job. Though I have a bachlors degree.
On track to pay off my house by Christmas. Very likely by Thanksgiving.
Not happy about being single. I was convinced the last one was forever. Silly me. When the house is paid off do I put myself out there immediately looking for the future co parent? Or use the new financial freedom to pursue my next thing?
Has anyone successfully pursued a new career while starting a new family?

Thanks homie. I appreciate the way you put it. She will come along. Stings a bit in the mean time. Do you have kids?
