No desire to go anywhere ?

37F married . Two children 7-11. Anyone else has no desire to go or do anything. I have NO desire to leave my house after 17:00 or stay anywhere past 17:00. I will travel as long as it’s no more than 4 hours car or plane. I feel exhausted all the time . Is this going to end or is this the new normal?
