In a growing list of issues - I specifically chose this facility for their 24-hour access, proximity to the freeway (as I don't live that close to it), and their physical security (I'm a former Army Intelligence Analyst and I geek out for great security). I was surprised when a new company took over our storage unit, but no one communicated to the tenants. I got a bill from an unknown business and had no idea why. Rather than reply to the text link or email (which made no reference to the previous company) I called the number I had and spoke to them - then visited in person to confirm.
They told me since I had 24-hour access before, they'd honor it. But forgot to put my code in the whitefish for after hours so that was a fun trip.
Then they removed me again because they didn't like, "I previously had 24-hours on my contract with your facility and this was the whole reason I selected your location," as a justification.
Today I found out they decided to paint over all the exterior walls inside the facility. Cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, but now how do we know where our unit is?
They didn't even paint new colors, for rebranding. They just painted to pretty it up. Now that I'm out of my RV, I'm absolutely getting my crap out of storage. This is ridiculous.
