Marked a NO SHOW, the doctor is the one who canceled.

So, not mine, but my best friends email. She had an appointment at the doctor for a checkup, but the doctor canceled to appointment due to travel issues. The next day she received this email warning her about how she only has one more no show before she’ll have to seek medical care elsewhere. It sounds like she has rescheduled the appointment, but it won’t happen until the 20th.

Damn I’m reading these comments and realizing some of these offices are run by dunderheads. Mine has its issues but I’m baffled by what I’m reading.
