ordered doordash, got the wrong order, refusing to refund me

i ordered a bunch of snacks for my roommate's little one, and got... this. i talked to support and they're refusing to refund me because i "report too many orders"... i've probably reported 2-3 things in the past month, because i keep getting incompetent dashers or the people at the restaurant forget an item. i'm BEYOND pissed right now, but i guess this should only be /mildly/ infuriating cause it was only like $35 lol
