Woken up in the middle of the night...

Let a friend that moved back to town crash in my guest bedroom until he gets back on his feet. Sometimes he works, sometimes he doesn't. But he goes into the kitchen to eat / cool at 3am most nights, and the sound wakes me up. Sleep deprived for 8 weeks now. Told him he has to move out Thursday due to multiple mildly infuriating things.
