People walking across my front yard and driveway day amd night

There's a bike route, a car parking lane, and a sidewalk all between the road and my garage door. That little concrete path he is walking from goes only from my driveway to my courtyard. He's well more than halfway between the sidewalk and my house. Why? I'm really sick of all these alerts I'm getting about people walking here and while the HOA maintains the landscaping around my driveway, I feel like this is trespassing.
