Packages not delivered

I admit, our first mistake was ordering from Temu, but after both packages were supposed to arrive on the same day ( I received a picture of someone else's porch and the SO only a notification that it was delivered.) neither arrived at thier final destination. Both went through UPS, one was transferred to USPS. Both lost now in the mountain of lost deliveries.
