Post Body

Went to a restaurant today. They had bruschetta which sounded nice: tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil with a balsamic glaze. So I ordered it. When they brought it out, there were diced onions all over the thing, though. And I hate onions.

To me, this is only mildly infuriating, because I wasn't able to ask them not to put onions on it because it didn't say there were any in the first place. But for some people it could be a lot worse. I have family members with food allergies, for example.

If it's on the plate, it should be on the menu! Is it really that difficult to list all the ingredients? Especially for something that only has four or five ingredients going into it?!?
