All June long (in Scpttsdale, AZ) - no AC, no communication on reimbursement for hotel stay. They offered small single room units a month after we asked, but we are already loading into the hotel. We had a portable and it wasnt enough for even just one room. No communication - we just happened to see them. Then, they had the gall to knock on our door asking for their equipment back as if we were even here when they were issuing them. No, we don't have one of yours. We have MINE that I purchased.
May to October - smelled black tar heroin (AirBnB guests smoking in our outside utility closets, reported the break-ins and nothing happened but they were at least 'evicted' in November. Thanks to an ex of mine and her adult children, I know EXACTLY what that smells like.
Laundry room constantly flooding since we moved in 16 months ago and the only thing they did was post signs asking people to wait five minutes to start subsequent machines. There are FOUR washers and FOUR dryers for 60 apartments, no hookups. And one washer is chronically out of order, same position, even after installing all new equipment. It's probably the pipe and/or outlet, not two machines that are always being repaired. Then they removed all the machines last week to repair the drywall damage due to flooding - no communication and THE DAY they reinstalled all the machines it flooded again!
Sooooooo many people leave their dog shit all over. The complex stopped refilling the bag dispensers and stopped emptying the receptacle. We use our own bags and since we have to stop by the dumpster to get home, we drop off there. We are lucky if they even have their dogs on leashes. They attack our dog (wolf-husky hybrid) who is on a leash and does't have a mean bone in his body and snuggles with cats all day.
15 months random water shutoff with no communication (latest being today, Christmas Eve).
