I recently bought a piece of luggage that I was super excited to receive, and while the box itself was not damaged, I was surprised to find that the handle on the bag was broken. Depressing the button did not activate the handle, and only when it's pressed *very* hard does the handle activate as it should.
Now, there's a chance that this handle was broken from before it left the warehouse, but knowing how the drivers are in my city, I really suspect it was damaged in transit. *HOW* does an established seller just throw an item in a box and say "Yep, good to go!" when there are so many bumps and bruises in shipping along the way? You could have easily saved yourself the cost and time of replacing it had you just done it right in the first place 🙄
