It would be nice to be paid a good wage- the wage for tipped employees is like $2.50/hr so if tipping stopped restaurants would have to start actually paying their servers which is something pretty much everyone wants. But individuals not tipping just hurts your server, it doesn’t change the system. Why don’t you try working in the service industry before spouting shit
