I’m curious how you all have handled a switch from migraines to something chronic, persistent and daily. I have a long history of ebbs and flows, a diagnosis of vestibular migraine, and had found something’s that helped. A combo of meds and lifestyle. But recently I’ve been experiencing an uptick in vestibular symptoms and just…a headache. It’s not a migraine…more like a tension headache. All the time. I have more stress recently but this pre-dates that…so I’m just curious.
I always talk to my neurologist, but I’m hesitant to throw drugs at a problem when I’m not sure of the root cause. Just for those that say. Talk to your dr, I am.
