Barometric pressure on top of allergies has been KILLING me lately!! Tips?

I only developed allergies in my early 30’s and weather/pressure/allergies are a killer combo right now. Any tips? I’m not even congested but have been taking both a decongestant and antihistamine which has helped some (along with my Nurtec). But I can’t take Nurtec every day so something’s gotta give!
