I would usually have non visual auras before an attack, primarily yawning and tinnitus. However, there are those very very rare occasions where I’d have a visual aura. Today was one such day. A couple days passed since my last migraine so I knew another was due very soon. Today I was walking through the kitchen and saw the most vibrant shade of green I’ve ever seen in my life. I was shocked and stared at it for a decent while before realizing that it was an aura. Soon red joined the party and I stood in the kitchen seemingly staring into space. It was so pretty! After a couple minutes the colors go away and after an hour or two the real fun started.
