I became curious of this after I once had what I’d rate 9/10 on my scale from the Migraine Buddy app. The pain and nausea was so intense and my vision was coming and going. It was so scary especially since I had a 10 minute walk ahead of me to get home. I considered asking a security guard to use his phone to call for help but my anxiety didn’t let me. I was embarrassed too for whatever reason. I felt so weak and my knees were struggling to keep me up. I sucked it up and dragged myself home while trying to not get hit by a car or fall off the bridge. I couldn’t walk straight. I didn’t rate it a 10 because I felt like I really could have lost consciousness if I pushed myself a little further.
