Propranolol?
Post Body

I have been taking propranolol twice a day for 6 days now and have felt great. Especially in comparison to the terrible symptoms I would get taking other migraine medication, this seems like the best thus far. However, today I had a personal training session for kickboxing, and I almost passed out three times. I had to sit down and breathe deeply and drink water more than I could actually work out today. I would start working out for a few minutes and then get super dizzy, see stars, and start feeling like I was going to fall over. I couldn’t even really pay attention to what my trainer was saying because I was so focused on trying not to pass out. It’s been a few hours since that has happened and I still just feel drained and physically exhausted, which I hate because I didn’t even get to work out hard today. Has this happened to anyone else on this medicine? I’m wondering if these symptoms will go away soon because I love kickboxing and I don’t want this medication to interfere. It is also worth noting that the last night I had a migraine that lasted 12 hours, I took sumatriptan 100mg to break the migraine, and the migraine ended about two hours before I went to kickboxing... so I don’t know if that had anything to do with it. Any advice from anyone who’s been in this situation would be extremely helpful - thank you!
