Dull morning headaches?

Right now I'm being treated for migraines with botox, voltaren gel and a muscle relaxer and that seems to cover 80-90% of things.
However, I do get dull, achy headaches in the morning if I lay in bed too long. Often laying on my back makes things worse. If I get out of bed right after my alarm I seem to be okay, but otherwise this nagging pain starts.
Any recommendations for a yoga/stretching routine that might help get things stretched out in the morning?
