ER refuses to help

They gave me a migraine cocktail and then when that didn't work and my pain got to a 9 they said see ya. I asked about other meds, calling my neurologist, or admitting me and I was told they couldn't do anything else. Waiting for neurologist on call to call me but it's been 2 hours. I'm still at level 9/10 pain.
I don't know what to do anymore.
