Hello,
I slept with my arm laying flat out and my head on my arm on my side. So basically a pencil with my fingers sticking out. Important information, I also had a laberal tear that I had sugery to fix about 6 years back in the shoulder I slept on.
I have had pain all day from the top of my head to about mid back. I have a massive migraine that makes me want to cry in a corner with the only thing helping being heat and tapping my shoulder to stabilize. After working on my head all day, I can move it slightly to the left but not much. This morning I couldn’t move it at all to the left. Any ideas ?
