East coast barometric pressure shift

My migraine last night was one of the scarier ones. Weird sensations, confusion, left eye ice pick shit and sumatriptan didnāt really help. I knew I was gonna get hit with this shift but the migraines with neuro symptoms on top of pain are always the worst. I been to the ER 3 times in the past for these types of migraines and after bloodwork and cat scans they say ānah youāre fineā.
