How do I deal with the snow and sunshine with light sensitivity causing migraines?
Post Body

So,I'm.thinking sunglasses but winter hats/toques/beanies aren't going to be very helpful. I also have that sensitivity when you walk through a a tree area and it goes tree, sun, tree, sun, etc. do you know what I mean ? Like driving under street lights at night makes me I'll. But I have the same thing with walking beneath trees so it's like shade sun shade. Any suggestions for driving or walking with this problem and what to do about the sun in general especially in the winter.

I think my problem might be called flicker vertigo.
