I've had episodic migraines my whole life that started morphing into chronic status migraine about 2 years ago. I had a normal MRI in September 2021. Tried Topamax that fall and hated it. I've been on propranolol since January 2022, botox every 12 weeks since May 2022, and Qulipta 60mg since November 2022. I also take naratriptan as needed. Prior to starting Qulipta, I couldn't quantify my attack days because every day was an attack day. It was a miracle drug at the beginning and I could confidently say it made me functional 5 out of 7 days of the week. I didn't take my naratriptan for all of December. That's not the case anymore- I'm back down to maybe 1 migraine-free day every week and taking my naratriptan somewhat regularly. Where do I even go from here? I haven't tried any other CGRP inhibitors and I'm wondering if adding another one would be beneficial at this point. Just seeking other people's experiences.
