Iโve attempted to do it three times now. The first involved a guided meditation, the other two times were done without. I find I canโt extend the out-breath nor can I relax the frontal lobe. What happens is that I feel an unpleasant tightness in my forehead which results in me having to let go of trying to relax the frontal lobe.
I am aware that the objective of this meditation skill is to feel mental as well as physical relaxation. I have certainly felt both without trying to extend the out-breath or relaxing the frontal lobe. Do I still need to include these two things in my technique here?
