Have a few questions about my champ pool

I’ve been struggling to perform with my mains, particularly Neeko. However, I have seen a lot of success with Fizz. I would appreciate any advice on adding/removing champs from my pool or prioritizing one over the other.
I changed my internet recently and have been lagging/having ping spikes a lot. Are their any suggestions you have for playing with unreliable ping?
