Can MJ do real people’s faces yet? (Not just celebs)

I got into MJ quite a bit for a few months when v3 came out. Have been out of the major aspects of it and loosely following since. I’m curious if it can take real faces and make them into soldiers, atheletes, or anything like that yet? I’m assuming not because I can already see people using this for NSFW things, but I’m working on a TCG where I could really use this. Ofc I would still need their consent to sell/use. But just curious thanks!
