Does anyone know if this grime buildup is what’s causing my launch key 49 to not send midi signals to ableton? if so, is there any way I can clean it without damaging the components?
Post Body

Tried connecting my launch key 49 mk2 to ableton for the first time in months, was having issues getting it to detect midi input so I thought it might be time for a deep clean (especially since we’re recovering from a bad German cockroach infestation). Does anyone know if this grime buildup is the cause? If so is there any way I can clean it without damaging the components?

Really need help I really can’t dish out cash for a new midi keyboard right now and I just want to get back into producing and songwriting as soon as I can!!
