When I opened Word this morning it said i had to log in and activate my license before I can edit, and sure that doesn’t seem very complicated so I tried to. When I tried to log in it said “username may be incorrect” so I tried to go to the office website, log in, and then use the email I logged in with cause I know that one isn’t incorrect. So I tried logging in and it gave me the same error. Then I tried creating a new office account through the prompt in Word when trying to sign in. And then it said “this email is already in use”.

So from what I’ve found out, I do have a Microsoft account registered with my email, but when I try to log into word or any other Microsoft suite program it says my email is incorrect or that no Microsoft account exists with it.

So yeah do any of you have an idea of how to fix this?
