My wife has an old Microsoft account that occasionally pops up. I removed if from her computer accounts but I’m trying to delete it completely. She doesn’t recall the password and doesn’t have the credit card info she used. Is there a way to remove the account? Oh she does have a newer Microsoft account and used it for over a year. Thanks
