Did I lose my rewards?

I went to claim my rewards last week and found out my that there had been an upgrade to stalking so I tried to claim my rewards but due to issues not related to micropets I was unable. Today with those issues resolved, i logged into micropets and it shows I have no rewards when i tapped V1. And my pets aren’t stalked anymore just in inventory. Did I lose my rewards?
