Well i said that our monthly tax was gonna be used to buy pizza every month but sadly this couldnt last, this month's tax collecting was chaotic and all over the place an at the day we would buy pizza the national midterm exam had just taken place making us postpone it to the next week.

This is considered a giant blow to our country's development even though its a small mistake but if it were to continue it would be a serious blow to the nation's morale
