Planted sprouted seeds in soil on Sunday. They still haven’t come through the soil. Problems?

I’m using fox farms happy frog. The only thing I can think I did wrong is I did not moisten the soil before planting. But I’ve been spraying it with a spray bottle 2-3 times a day. Humidity is kind of low in my tent, hovering around 30%.
Any thoughts?
