My last grow vs current grow. Tips for bigger nugs?

I had one plant my last grow and it produced hella larf and popcorn buds(first picture). This round, I defoliated more, grew 4 plants in 3 gallon pots vs 1 plant in a 25 gallon pot. I need tips for growing fatter nugs, I’m not to worried if the overall yield and biomass is less, as long as the quality of nugs I get is top notch.

I currently run a ph of 5.7 Jacks tap nutrients Photosynthesis plus Mammoth P RG recharge Mykos and mammoth microryza Hydro guard Purpantor and botanticare sweet raw alternating
