I think the picture is striped like that due to the 150 W HPS lamp and my phone camera. Anyway, here is the picture.

It's a sealed closet grow about 4x3x6. The lamp is about a foot above my plant and I open up my sealed closet and have a normal fan blow air out of the grow room and into my room every morning for about an hour. I moved my lamp a couple inches up, but when I put my hand where the top of the leaves are, it doesn't feel that hot. It's nice and warm, but not hot.

Also, I heard this could be a Mg deficiency problem, so I fed with Epsom salts yesterday. Normally when the room is sealed, I still keep the fan on oscillation and let it circulate air around. Since these new leaves started to curl, I moved the fan up so that it doesn't directly blow on the leaves. I can't really think of any other problems I could be having. Let me know if you need more details! Any help at all is much appreciated. Thank you!

Edit: Also, I think it's been growing very slowly. I bought the seed from female seeds, and it says it should mature and be ready to flower in 4 weeks. It's been just over 3 weeks and it looks nowhere ready to start flowering. :/
