long vacation - harvest early?

Hello, I will be on vacation for all of august. I have a friend who can come by after the 11th to potentially harvest/move to cure. I have already harvested three plants, but the started flowering earlier. This one doesn’t seem as far along yet.
Should I harvest tomorrow or wait two weeks and have my friend do it for me?
