Basically I'm really asking for advice on finding wholesalers and distributors. If I'm being honest, it is a bit further down the line before I start selling, but I'd like to have a more sensible business plan instead of just jumping into colder, deeper waters.
I think before I head out to a farmers market or a direct client of my own, I'd like to get a bit more capital from growing the things I do. Right now, I'm on track to produce a steady amount of microgreens (about 20 trays every 1-2 weeks depending on the greens I grow) and I can technically increase that amount without much effort. I just want to make sure I have a buyer set up so I can move the products.
I do know my city is going towards a larger microgreens push because I've seen them in more and more grocery stores.
Any tips on getting started? I've read a few pamphlet/websites, but nothing beats real world experiences. Reading that I should work with wholesalers is different from advice/guidance on where to find them.
Much appreciated
