My first attempt at any sort of microgreens
Post Body

I decided to try my hand at this and do a little trial run and these are my results so far. Just a couple trays from menards and some radish seed packets. Other than the tray being kind of sparse I feel pretty confident in my first tray. I was wondering if anyone had a solid way to tell when they are ready to harvest other than measuring or mabye measuring height is the best way. I can't seem to find a solid answer about that. 🤔 Please feel free to enlighten me with tips or any thoughts . I'm hopefully looking to scale up soon and start selling at a couple local markets, from what I can tell any sort of microgreens are fairly rare to find around here. I plan on spending a few weeks and setting up a bigger rack system to master different greens before moving on to the next stage.

Thanks!!
