Microdoseing 28 days - report and need advice

I started micro-dosing 4 weeks ago, firstly I tried 0,5 g dried truffle I could feel it little bit to much so I found my sweet spot at 0,25 g currently in the first week of rest mode. My intention with micro-dosing is for healing depression and anxiety, also want to change all my negative patterns that not serves me any more. I found microdosing is great tool for my spiritual path....last few year i am a lot into yoga, self-discovery, mindfulness, and yoga....

I would like first write about the benefits:

-my social anxiety has almost gone, i can maintane eye contacts

-much better connection with colleagues at work

-talk with mum every week by phone ( she is positively surprised)

-more open and vulnerable towards friends and other people

-very deep, vulnerable, and honest connection with a girl which I started to date 2 months ago, I was crying 2 times in front of her and I just let it out without any shame and stopping was processing all stuff

-mediation is much deeper

-sleep deeper, better

-don't feel pain body anymore (anxiety)

-talking more openly about what I need to say

In the past was doing a lot of drugs recreational, and it's something that i don't want to bring into the mushroom journey .

I need advice for my further dosage.

How long i should wait now after 4 weeks of Fadiman protocol (1 day on, 2 day off) to return to baseline? 1 week or 2 ?

Also, if i want to try macro dose under assistance, how long i should wait ?
