I’ve been doing research about micro dosing and most things I’ve read are good. But I was hoping to get opinions from people or a community who actually have first hand experience with it. If you’ve micro-dosed shrooms, how many times a week was it? Was it for only one week or a month or are you still micro-dosing. Is micro-dosing more beneficial as a one-shot (doing it for one week and stopping after) to just use it at a tool to help you with what you need and get some perspective, or should it be used habitually and a part of ur routine over time. Did it improve ur overall functions, or did it impair you. Did you Perform better with thinking tasks but were more lazy or less inclined to be active and do physical things. Or did shrooms just enhance the overall daily routine you already have? Also if you have micro doses, how many grams were used to micro doses. .2gs? .5gs? Or even less. Wouldn’t daily consumption build tolerance?
TL;DR I want to hear Pros and cons of microdosing shrooms from a community not from articles I’ve found online.
