Which protocol do you follow?

Been following the Fadiman protocol for almost 2 months now, and on the days I dose, I feel fine. Mainly doing it to help with my depression, anxiety and ADHD in general, but on the first no dose day, it all comes back as if I didn't brake it the day before.

I'm also meditating and boxing, but I can't always do it now that I have a son to look after and I'm either having massive panic attacks or I just don't want to leave the bed.

Anyone else experience this, and what experience have you had trying other protocols?
