Does microdosing make anyone else feel wonky?

The days that I microdose I usually feel a little “off”. It’s hard to explain fully but slightly more anxious, nothing hindering, and also I get very thirsty. I just want to guzzle water 😂 Is this normal? Also is it possible to microdose too high of an amount?
