Mycellim or fruit?

I have read about the mycellim of medicinal mushrooms (lions mane especially) containing most the beneficial chemicals. I was wondering if i could try a stack useing the psilocybin mycellim grown on rye. And what the difference in dose measuring would be? Seeing as most the weight would be from the grain
