Microdosing While Taking Antibiotics?

Hello everyone. I don't usually need antibiotics, but was prescribed two different kinds by my doctor recently. I don't like the way they make me feel, but it's pretty important I get this infection under control.

I've been microdosing on and off for at least a year or two now and this is the first time I've wondered- is it okay to microdose psylocibin while taking antibiotics? I usually take 100mg. I don't want to give myself an upset tummy or gut cramps (I'm already dealing with the side effects of upset tummy and soft stool) so I figured I would reach out and see if anyone has experience with this situation. TYIA
