Hi. I was using microdosing for chronic anxeity and adhd. So for 3 weeks I did 30-50 ug (found this worked better than lower doses for me) every 4 days and I found great benefits. The day after the first dose I was full of energy, relaxed and focused. After the full round I felt I had much more patience, greater focus, and the ability to think more clearly. Some bonus effects I also found were greater athletic coordination as I race bikes and ride 30-50 miles 5 times a week. My pedal strokes felt and became smoother. Cardio did take a slight toll. I use a hr monitor when I ride so Iām able to look at my hr while riding and after and saw that I had some fatigue but a week after stopping the doses I easily recovered. Overall it was a success. I have tripped a couple times before as more of a spiritual experience but nothing has ever helped as much as microdosing!
