How do you Measure the Strength of LSD?

I have a vial of LSD and I have taken a full drop and had a wonderful experience. After some I research of microdosing, I decided that I want to start. The only problem is I don't know the strength of the LSD. Is there a technique of how I can find out the ug's of it and how to determine the amount of ug in each dose? I want to start out with taking 3-5 ug every four days.
