Post Body

Hello all, I’m 26 years old male, 6ft2 and about 195 lbs. I have dealt with depression at least 12 years now and despite best attempts with normal antidepressants and therapy, I have not been able to have a default happy disposition towards life and with having hypothyroidism it just makes it worse and I really wanna experiment with microdosing to just see it I can start to enjoy life.

I live in Denver and mushrooms are “kinda” legal the state and I found a couple mail order services within the state that “donate” the product and you are paying shipping fee to get around to. comply with the statute. I wanted to first buy an order of around 15 premade 100mg capsules to dip my toe in and then based on how it works in me, maybe then buying dried mushrooms and making my own capsules. My question is, is 100mg a good starter dose for my height, weight and size, if that matters? I saw most people saying 100mg to 250mg is a good start so I thought I could start with 100mg capsules and then take a second or a half as I slowly find my sweet spot and need to up the dose. But then I read some people who only do 25mg or 50mg, but I don’t know if that’s because they may be smaller people. I want to avoid any bad experiences and start low and work into my sweet spot, so would 100mg potentially be a good starting point for me?

Appreciate the help
